Bio:

Since his call to the British Columbia Bar in 2002, Narv has focused his practice on insurance and personal injury law. He acts for both plaintiffs and defendants. Narv’s practice includes advising clients in disputes over insurance coverage, subrogation and negligence claims against insurance brokers. Since joining Harris & Brun, Narv has developed knowledge and experience in the interplay between workers’ compensation coverage and tort claims. In particular, his cases involve applications to the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal (WCAT) for determination of the status of parties involved in litigation in the context of the so-called “worker-worker bar”.

• Director of the Rotary Club of Vancouver – 2008 to 2010
• Narv is an active member of the Rotary Club of Vancouver, one of the oldest service clubs in the city. He has chaired the Club’s committee responsible for charitable giving and he has sat on the Board of Directors (2008 to 2010).
